Something Strange and Deadly - Susan Dennard I totally forgot to rate and review this until now.

I'll do a short blurb.

Basically this is the most predictable plotline ever. You know right off the bat what is what and yet they continue to keep up this charade of the MC actually being clever for a girl and working out the clues given to her. I had just as many clues as she did and worked it out by page 80-85, I believe.

I do enjoy this Creole mix into the story and this whole NOLA feel to everything in their magic and ghostbusting/zombie-killing. Necromancers, ghosts, zombies and a girl with a missing hand. I am so going to read the next one, despite the predictability factor.

Good junk read.
